Hello and welcome to Justice, I am Judge Jeanine Pirro, thanks for being with us tonight.
There’s an insurrection coming, Mitt Romney just confirmed it. We've watched governors, the national review, conservative leaders, establishment and party operatives, trash Donald Trump. But Mitt Romney will always be remembered as the one who put us over the edge and awoke a sleeping giant, the silent majority, the American people.
Fact, the establishment is panicked, Mitt essentially called for a brokered convention where the Republican nominee will be selected by party activists and delegates, irrespective of their state’s choice.
The call? To vote for whomever has the best chance of beating Donald Trump. You want a brokered convention? A primer, Mitt, whenever we have one, we lose. Dewey and Ford emerged from a brokered convention to lose the general election.
So, why? Because the party elites and elders want to protect us and stop us from falling into the abyss? Mitt, I am sure you and your cronies don't feel this, but most of us working two and three jobs think we're already in the abyss, the Obama abyss. And most of us are scared about our safety and security, and you want to prevent us from falling into a recession?
We don't believe any of you. That's why outsiders are so strong in both parties while the insiders seek a brokered convention or superdelegates to guarantee their own positions. You are panicked. Not for us, but because you're worried about losing power. The lobbyists, the pharmaceutical companies, the power brokers, the lawmakers who are willing to invest in absurd pensions our children can't possibly pay for, for their own short-term political survival.
We are sick and tired of legislators with modest means, who leave congress multi-millionaires, whose spouses and families get all the contracts from selling the post offices to accessing insider information so they can buy property and flip it. You're so entrenched that you’re willing to give Hillary Clinton a win.
It doesn't matter to you which party, crony capitalism and its paradigm will not change for the elite. Let the American people suffer along the way.
You know, Mitt, if you're so concerned about our country, where were you when Barack Obama lied to us saying we could keep our health care and doctor? Where were you when the GSA wasted millions of our dollars for stupid conferences? When the military suffered as a VA was run like a piggy bank for corrupt employees? When the IRS went after conservative 501C3 applicants while the Clinton foundation runs one of the biggest 501C3s in the world, which strikes me as a money-laundering organized criminal enterprise parading as nothing more than a shell to pay campaigners and Clinton operatives to security Hillary’s election.
And you say you are offended by Donald Trump’s language. Politicians have been trashing each other since the founding fathers; language so horrible, Mitt, I can't even repeat on the air. You're so offended by Trump’s language, but not Barack Obama’s condemnation of those who cling to God and guns. And you're worried about Donald Trump’s businesses?
You, Mitt, were a corporate raider who threw people out of work and sent jobs out of our country. And you don't like Donald's temperament and judgment? You couldn't even stand up to CNN's Candy Crowley. You couldn't even get elected when the nation was ripe for Republican president.
And seventy foreign-policy security experts say "Mr. Trump’s own statements lead us to conclude that as president he would use the authority of his office to act in ways that would make America less safe and diminish our standing in the world."
Are those bozos talking about Barack Obama? And they go on to say that he poses a distinct threat to civil liberties in the United States. Really? I'm worried about the civil liberties of Americans who've had their heads cut off and those killed in “workplace violence”. Did you criticize that? No. And you want us to vote for Rubio?
Why? What has he done? Aside from having one of the largest absentee voting records in the history of the U.S. Senate. And you complained about Trump University? Mitt, mind explaining your connection to Full Sail University, which knew how to “Hold down the cost of their education” when in truth, it was one of the most expensive colleges in America. When the owners were top donors to you through Solamere Capital? Remember? You were an original investor there. And how about Vatterot College, where Ferguson’s Michael Brown was about to attend and your pals were about to cash his federal financial loan.
Your namby pamby reason that you won't support Donald Trump, even if he is the party's nominee, you worry what you will tell your grandchildren when they ask "Why, grandpa didn't you stop Donald Trump?"
Well maybe you ought to worry about when they ask about your loss to Barack Obama. What are you going to tell them? Will you tell them that you choked? And I don't care if he supported Democrats, Republicans or Martians, he was a businessman. And I don't care if he said Putin was a strong leader he could get along with. Hell! Hillary Clinton hit the “reset” button with Russia. And you’re worried about Putin when Barack Obama dances with the devil in Iran? Mitt, I never knew you were such a patriot.
And you say Donald’s arrogant; he says things that you don't, but things that you think. Your acts are more arrogant than his words. And Mitt, you lost your own state, Massachusetts, which was the second-worst home state loss in presidential election history. And Trump won 49% of Massachusetts.
Donald Trump is bringing in record numbers of Americans; he's doing more to add to our ranks than any of your anaemic ‘Get Out The Vote’ operations.
Yes, there's an insurrection coming. We're fed up, we're sick of the lies, the veils and the games you talk about immigration, yet no one has done anything since the last amnesty in 1986. While we continue to pay for education, medication, housing, while families like Kate Steinle’s murdered by an illegal deported five times, convicted seven times, suffered behind backdoor budget hearings.
You continue to fund sanctuary cities that thumb their noses at American victims. You talk about overspending and the government and the deficit and it's only gotten bigger. You take our money in the form of taxes, waste it away while you feather your own nest, from Bob Dole to John McCain to you, Mitt Romney, and almost another Bush.
The party elite can not win. Don’t be small, Mitt. Remember our history. Remember when we were fed up with the monarchy? Be careful. Be very, very careful. Though Trump like many others during that era, tried to answer politically correct, at the time,which was 17 yrs ago and when it was just his opinion -not a political position .
Til then Trump had no direct encounters with people who had abortions or were considering abortions.
He later had a close encounter, in which close friends were involved in a decision about an abortion and decided to keep their chlld over a question as to its viability and survival, citing potential handicaps.
Seeing up close and personal what his friends went through and that their decision to keep their baby was right and how the baby turned out,
Trump realized he couldnt be politically correct about pro-choice anymore and in 2000 changed his stance from pro-choice to Pro-Life and has been Pro-life since 2000 and also became more outspoken abandoning political correctness in exchange for the truth and more carefully considering his positions and opinions on subjects he was presented with.
Still now that he is running for office, this old 1999 video is used as propaganda to steer Pro-Lifers away from him by the other candidates.

Politicians bought up but special interest global groups & bankers facillitated the departure of American manufacturing abroad, going back to a point in time when it became most injurious with Clinton granting special status to China and the mass production and influx into our country began, while the imbalance prevented American sellers from doing as well in their markets,
These globalists agenda is NAA NAFTA TPP are not about fair trade as they are described to be since our economic negotiators keep giving us away and our national debt is now at a breaking point.
When 911 happened it wasnt the first time. The WTC was bombed in 93 and little happened as a result except that terrorism was on the rise as well as what they coined islamaphobia. We were roped into a war that killed and wounded many of our patriots more so because of constraints placed on them mostly having to fight with one arm tied behind their backs. Military was forced to operate under politically correct circumstances and not even allowed to carry bibles or prayer books with them, forced to hide their own faith as reverence for islam grew and not a single terrorist action is made public without the disclaimer that all muslims are good rahter than calling out the terrorists who are so evil.
Our nation was ready for payback to those who committed 911 but was not ready for the islamification and political correctness foisted upon us. To those with oversight it was even unfathomable that someone named Obama could even become President given his inexperience as a one time Senator with little accomplishment, yet fraught with a mysterious past, being overlooked as Americans didnt want to be perceived as excluding him by appearance they should have excluded him based on his shady past and not being transparent. Questions still linger over his birth place and what name he used as a student as those records are sealed and then the redflags of his criminal associates and his book stating his allegiances. Still he became president and for 5 years+ the mantra was blaming Bush for everything and his giving billons of taxpayer dollars to foreign powers including the Muslim Brotherhood that temporarily overtook the Egyptian Govt [but has been overthrown again]
Still as more and more of Obama's actions called for impeachment, nothing was every done and the MSM would flash his golf game and more and more Americans became angry and voted in an all republican house expecting impeachment or ways to work with Obama to make him become a good leader yet again inaction and a do nothing congress .
Hillary's mishandling of Libya leading to the overthrow of Gaddaffi and the payback with Amb Stevens savage assassination & brutal murder of 4 other Americans with security and help being denied~ the coverups and the subsequent instability of Libya ~ her deal with the Libyan rebels to get arms to Syrian rebels resulting in the growth of ISIS
Eric Holder pushing racism over justice and now Loretta Lynch who cant be trusted to handle Hillary's law breaking over her email servers.
People are sick of all the lies and corruption and the result it has had on our economy, our social interactions with race rioting, the news spotlight on law enforcement making them out to always be wrong and justifying the rise of militia type groups such as Black Lives Matters and sensless Hollywood stars instigating more trouble within minorities..

Still when records and resume are compared there are no candidates better qualified for job as President of the USA than Donald Trump.

1- Birther issue - Being such a literal constitutionalist its rather hypocritical to make light of this issue especially with what stirs and uncertainties arose and with what Obama has gotten away with. Our founding fathers would be turning in their graves to know how much spin politicians put on the Consititution just to suit their own agendas - whether malignant or behign, you cant make light of Constiturional issues~!

One can only imagine the contempt Cruz inwardly has for other Americans so NO as a native New Yorker, though I no longer reside there, I take notice to the lack of character you displayed in your statement and NO I dont think I want someone with your questionable past to be running our country. Got Gun Control? Why not target gangs & illegals with illegal guns instead of legal citizens with legal guns?
Why not target gangs with illegal guns and get the drug runners at the same time like a twofer and leave the legal good guy citizens alone?
He said 'if it prevents even 1 death"...what about all the daily deaths of people being killed by gangs in cities like his beloved Chicago that has so many murders that they dont even make national news anymore or other places where there are shootings daily?
There was a dumb woman on probation that had an illegal gun in her van when a young nephew blew his head off after she left him alone in the van - she initially tried to cover her butt over the gun being illegal as that boy died...
People like that - who have illegal guns -- people who sell heroine that have illegal guns - why arent they enhancing task forces on those people who are in every state and who no decent person would object to them breaking up the gangs who also host many illegals coming over the southern borders and those called mules who transport drugs - they all have guns and 99.9% are illegal guns,
The president ,AG and DOJ do not have to waste time and tax dollars trying to disarm the good people over the random nut cases who may get hands on legal weapons and go on shooting sprees regardless to how often we hear of it, we have over 330 million people in this country so `1-2 nuts a year cant even really be measured on a percentage graph whereas gang violence and drug dealers are known and active in every part of the nation.
Kind of reminds me of the stupid mentality of nations trying to force Israel, our peaceful law abiding ally, to keep surrendering land and positions to rioting terrorists from Palestine instead of booting them off to a neighboring arab nation. Arafat said they would never settle land for peace [take apiece at a time] until they got it all.
Then because they are louder mouth bullies, nations like ours instead try pressuring the good guys to give into the bad guys - easier?
Or take a peek at Europe- legal citizens are mostly disarmed - now its those little devote terror groups that go around raping robbing rock throwing and shooting natives, as the colonize with their no-go zones and we are supposed to wonder about terrorism which can be prevented with some common sense?.
SO its the same twisted mentality that wants to disarm decent people from having a lawful way to protect themselves as our CIC focuses on creating more restrictions for lawful citizens to obtain guns rather than the criminals out there who get guns under the wire illegally.
What the heck is the ATF and DEA for anymore?
Our govt is way too screwed up thanks more to Obama but in fairness it didnt start with him , he just got to take over and take it all to the extreme beyond what his predecessors dared to do.
I dont own a gun [yet] but certainly dont want to be denied one should I go to buy one~! I have owned guns in the past many years ago and didnt want them around when my kids were young but nowadays, with home invasions and random nut attacks and impending terrorist attacks, I think every law abiding citizen should be armed and ready to protect themselves. The only thing extra should be required target practice at a gun range which is probably included somewhere in some law already.
Really if they just enforced the existing laws, we would all be alot safer.
Then again the winds changed when Obama took office and he did say whose side he would be on~!
